Waite participates in Spud Trials for Moose Tubers in Waterville, Maine. Moose Tubers is a subsidary of Fedco Seeds, where he gets his seeds every year. You can check them on line at http://www.fedcoseeds.com/

He harvested the Spud Trials plot August 21 and prepared some photographs to include in his final report to Moose Tubers. These are pictures of the varieties he grew this year. The potatoes are now out to friends and neighbors for taste-testing as he needs to include information on taste and texture in his final report.
