Waite purchases seeds from Fedco in Waterville, Maine. (http://www.fedcoseeds.com/) Fedco has a subsidary called Moose Tubers which offers a wide range of potatoes. For the past 5 or 6 years, Waite has been a trialer for Moose Tubers. His garden is in Zone 3. He grows potatoes for Moose Tubers and reports on such parameters as date of emergence, percentage emergence, yield per pound of seed potato, taste and texture. Pictured here is part of one year's crop drying and close ups of two interesting varieties tested for Moose Tubers.
